With a postgraduate degree in psychology and international research focused on vulnerable populations, she began her career providing direct therapeutic services to individuals with complex behavioral health needs, developing a strong clinical foundation before transitioning into leadership roles in business development and operations. In these roles, she has worked at the intersection of clinical care and organizational strategy, helping healthcare organizations strengthen services, optimize operations, and expand access to care.
As a Regional Director, Brielle focuses on building and maintaining strategic partnerships while serving as a trusted resource for facilities and providers. She works closely with clinical and operational teams to support sustainable growth, strengthen provider relationships, and collaboratively navigate opportunities that enhance access to quality behavioral health services.
